Varun Dhawan Deletes LinkedIn Profile Within Four Days Amid Trolling As Netizens Ask, ‘What 300 Crore Film?’

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is gearing up for his big release directed by Atlee, Baby John. Recently, he made his LinkedIn profile and was brutally trolled by netizens. Today, after four days, his profile seemed to be deleted.

Dhawan joined LinkedIn earlier this week when he introduced himself as ‘Actor, Investor and Assistant Director.’ It is being said that Dhawan was brutally trolled by the netizens for joining the platform, following which he deleted his account.

However, it is not true, and the actor is still on the platform. Making his debut on LinkedIn, Dhawan wrote in his bio, “I’m Varun Dhawan, a passionate actor with over a decade of experience in delivering cinematic excellence. From headlining 300-crore mega hits to exploring niche, content-driven films, my journey has been about balancing creativity with audience impact. Whether it’s leading a sports team in Student of the Year or exploring supernatural worlds in Bhediya, I believe in pushing boundaries and creating value for every stakeholder in the entertainment ecosystem.”

Dhawan received massive trolling by netizens on Reddit right after he joined the platform. One user wrote, “This gotta be for a promotion. But now all the others will follow his footsteps if this becomes big. People have already turned LinkedIn into Instagram reels by dancing around,” another one added, “Yeh bhi hum sab ki tarah linkedin pe lambi lambi chohr raha h.” “Ab ise bhi CV bhejna padega,” a third one read.

Well, Dhawan’s profile is still on the platform, but his DP has been deleted. Either the actor tried deleting the profile and ended up only removing the display picture, or wanted to do only that all along. No confirmation from Dhawan or his team has been out yet, his followers on the other hand are increasing every minute on LinkedIn.

On the work front, He is next gearing up for his next big-screen release, Baby John, which also stars Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi. The film is slated to release in theatres on 25 December. Next, he will be reuniting with Janhvi Kapoor in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari.
